First Installment in a series where I post old home recordings - found on tapes, cassettes, and acetates at yard sales and thrift shops, this particular recording is a series of phone conversations made by high-school aged kids from Newfoundland in the 60's. Try to piece together some of the stories.

Originally recorded on a 7" reel-to-reel tape. The machine it was recorded on must have been broken, because it plays back at varying speeds, sometimes slightly too fast. I tried to digitally correct it, and some distortion is present on a few tracks as evidence of this.
